This is sooo cool!

I'm listening to Capital Radio in London in realtime!!!!!

This DSL thing has a heck of a lot of perks - even low stream ( you have to pay for high stream) sounds great. I'm getting in the mood for home:-)

October!! Holy cow have I been busy.

As the new editor I've been chasing my tail and others to get the copy out on time. I think it all worked OK but have yet to hear if it made it to the printers. It makes life a lot easier now we have DSL, also a heck of a lot quicker.

S is back from brazil, I've just had coffee with her and gotten the juicy gossip, tonight we are going over to J & C's for dinner and will be exchanging polite conversation - no need for the guys to know we already got the scoop.

So on Thursday, I've off to UK for a couple of weeks. I'm looking forward to it - C hates the place but I was born there and pretty much grew up there and I'll be staying with Mum and Dad and hopefully getting to see all of you - you know who you are. Oh and M - remedial classes - you really should know the difference between October and December. Unless someone invents the teleport in the next couple of months there is no way I'm going to be in England for Xmas!! Not even for your 30th.

C is back and we went out on the bike last weekend - did the Nebo loop - which was a lot of fun. I have a tip for those of you who are implantally challenged - don't bother! The quickest way to get a bunch of guys to take notice of your chest is to have the chemical formula for caffeine stamped on the front of your T-shirt. That'll really get 'em going - just don't let them use you as a whiteboard!!

Dad's computer is pretty slow (sorry Dad - but it is) so won't be able to blog for another 2 weeks but I'll be there - in the flesh - so it shouldn't cause too many problems. I'll be bringing my winter gear as the temperature here just took a nosedive - we put the heating on for the first time this morning and I'm currently airing out the winter duvet with a view to putting it on tonight.

I'll see you guys on Friday, LGW, South Terminal, International Arrivals. I think you'll still recognize me - I'll be the tall blonde plugged into her Ipod:-) with the blue suitcase .
