Still Here

Holy Cow!

I can't remember the last time I blogged. This summer has been stuffed with so many activities that I just haven't had the time. Well that's changed now, I have more downtime and apart from getting the house back up to speed I can now use the PC for something other than work.

Brief summary, internship, writers conference, field trips to SG and Vernal, hikes, swims, barbecues, took up jogging, again, caught up with old friends, and that brings us to well- now!

This week got off to a delightful (sarcastic!) start, with my annual MOT, lets just say the doc didn't just kick the tires, he opened the bonnet and checked everything but he did pronounce me healthy from head to toe which is a relief. Plus in the last year I've lost 8llbs (!!)

The next few weeks are just going to fly by as in September we celebrate 5 years of marriage (what do you get for 5 years - apart from time off for good behaviour, kidding!!) and then the next day are flying out to Holland and then spending 2 weeks in Mallorca which is just off the coast of Spain. Can't wait. Tomorrow I have to go in to the office just to tidy up a few things, and will be doing that all this month. Plus I've got a publishing deadline this week but that shouldn't be a biggie.
